Will of John Casey from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 348 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and testament of me John Casey of Saint John's Farmer. I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Skeins my two fields situate between the old and new Bay Bulls Road, and the dwelling house and erections thereon. My large field on the south side of the new Bay Bulls Road I bequeath to his Lordship Bishop Power, I appoint Joseph Hogarty executor of this my last will and testament and I revoke all other wills made by me. Signed published and declared as the last will and testament of me the said John Casey in the presence of us, and in the presence of each other of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland this eighteenth day of May Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.
