Will of Francis Ferrers of Carbonear
from Miscellaneous Deeds and Wills held at PANL volume 14 page 73 probate year 1800

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Francis Ferrer of Carbonear Conception Bay in the Island of Newfoundland Surgeon do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and from following that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter maria wife of Doctor William Donegan the sum of ten Pounds to be paid her in Six months after my decease, All the ??? and residue of my Estate and effects hath ??? and personal that is to say Houses, Rands??, ??? & Hereditaments, Goods, Chattles & Effects whatever and whereasever situate. I Give and Bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Mary whom I hereby constitute and appoint sale Executrix of this my Will. And hereby revoking and making null and void all others, I Declare this to my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto ??? my hand and affixes my seal in Carbonear aforesaid this Twenty Eight day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred.
