This is the last will and testament of me Lloyd Thomas Chauncey , of St. John's in the electoral district of St. John's West. Barber made by me on this the fourth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty. I leave & bequeath all my property, house land goods and chattels and everything I possess to my wife, Margaret Chauncey to be hers absolutely and I appoint her the executrix of this my will.
