Will of William James Cobb, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 163 probate year 1930

IN RE.                DECEASED

William James Cobb.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, William James Cobb, of Grand Falls, in the Colony of Newfoundland, Watchman, made this ninth day of April in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and thirty.
I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore, I appoint my son Theodore James Cobb, of Grand Falls, aforesaid, Salesman, and Henry F. FitzGerald, of Grand Falls, aforesaid, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be my executors and direct that all my Debts and Funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Emily Jemima Cobb, all Furniture and Personal effects of which I may be possessed for her full personal use and benefit.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Emily Jemima Cobb, to my son, Theodore James Cobb and to my daughters, Dora Geraldine Taylor and Mabel Clarissa Cobb, in equal shares, all the property (exclusive of Furniture and personal effects) Investments, Money, Goods and chattels, real and personal of whatsoever kind and wherever situated of which I may be possessed at the time of my death for their absolute benefit and control.
