Will of James Herman Collett Last Will and Testament of The last will & testament of me James Herman Collett in my right mind and so forth: I leave to my wife what money I may die possessed of in the Commercial & Saving Banks and the amount of mortgage on William Bendlers property saving & excepting as follows the sum of Ten Pounds Cy. to my only son Robert Collett. Twenty dollars to my Grand son Samuel Collett and Twenty dollars to my niece Bessie Lloyd of Ledbury. As witness my hand this 29 day of march 1876 (Sgd) Jas. H. Collett (LS) Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of (Sgd) Henry W. Seymour (Sgd) John Webber this 29 day of March in St. John's Newfoundland 1876. - I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of James H.
