Last Will and Testament of
Maria Collett of St. John's
widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Maria Collett of Saint John's widow
First I desire that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid.
Second I give devise and bequeath to my son Robert John Collett all my estate land monies and property of every description of which I shall die possessed for his sole and absolute use for ever.
Third. I appoint my said son executor of this my will. Dated at St. John's this 24th day of August A.D. 1893. (Sgd) Maria her x mark Collett. Witnesses (first read over and explained and all present at same time) (Sgd) D. Morison (Sgd) John Angel.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Maria Collett deceased
