Last Will and Testament of
Sarah Collis of Trinity
Widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Sarah Collis widow of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland Trader. In the first place I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid out of my estate. Secondly I give and bequeath to St. Paul's Church Trinity the sum of Three hundred dollars. After deducting the aforementioned sum of Three hundred dollars for St. Paul's Church, and such other sum as is necessary to pay my debts I desire that the balance of money remaining to me in the Savings Bank or in the house be divided equally between Emma Stewart widow of Trinity. Jessie Ash of Margaret, Florence E. Pitman of William, Mary Grant wife of Robert Grant, Elizabeth Stewart of Emma, - Athelstan Collis of Edwin and James Collis of Arthur I bequeath to Emma Stewart widow the best bed and bed clothing remaining in the house after my death. If the house shop and land are not disposed of I bequeath them all to James Collis of Arthur and assigns forever. The household furniture not marked I wish to be sold with all shop goods and other effects not otherwise mentioned and the proceeds to be equally divided between Emma Stewart, widow of Trinity, Jessie Ash of Margaret Florence E. Pittman of William, Mary Grant wife of Robert Grant, Elizabeth Stewart of Emma, Athelstan Collis of Edwin and James Collis of Arthur. I appoint Arthur Ernest White of Trinity to be sole Executor to this my last will and Testament.
