Thomas Connolly

This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Joseph Connolly of St. John's, in the Electoral District of St. John's (City) West retired farmer
(1) I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
(2) I appoint my daughter, Alice O'Brien, married woman, to be the sole executrix of this my will.
(3) I give, devise and bequeath unto my said daughter, Alice O'Brien absolutely all my land with dwelling house and other buildings situate thereon on the south side of Topsail Road, bounded on the East by property of James Nash and on the North by the said Road, and on the south by North River.
(4) I give, devise and bequeath unto my said daughter, Alice O'Brien absolutely all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 30^th day of January A.D. 1932
