Will of Michael Connors from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 219 probate year 1928 In re The last will and testament of me Michael Connors, Druggist, I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I hereby nominate and appoint my brother Francis Connors the sole executor of this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath unto my said brother Francis all my estate property, goods chattels moneys credits and effects of whatsoever nature or kind or whatsoever the same may be and of which I may die possessed or entitled to (including all my interest in the estate of the late Michael Connors Butcher). To hold the same for his own use absolutely. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the 24th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Sixteen. Signed
by the testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament in
our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names as witnesses. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
