Will of Joseph Costello Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me Joseph Costello of Ferryland in the island of Newfoundland made this twentieth day of February Anno Domini nineteen hundred and two. I give and bequeath to my wife Marion Costello her heirs executors or administrators all the property & money I am at present possessed of consisting of - codtrap & appliances Boat "Bertha" & appliances my house and garden now rented by the government for the use of the Constable also a garden on the Gorge. Also my dwelling house in the Poole at present unoccupied with the garden and meadow attached. Also the meadow and garden in the Poole with an old house on it formerly known as Saunder's property. Also a piece of land on the downs bounded by land belonging to William Costello on one side and by John Costello on the other. I nominate and appoint my brother William Costello to be my sole executor to this will. Joseph his x mark Costello witnesses - Richard Delahunty - Henry Hopkins - witness Frederick Costello. I certify that the foregoing is a correct copy of the will of Joseph Costello D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
