John Coughlan.

This is the last will and testament of me, John Coughlan, of St John's Newfoundland, retired mail contractor, and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint and nominate my son, William Coughlan, of same place, grocer, executor of this my will.
I direct that all my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid. I give devise and bequeath unto my said son all my estate of every description for his absolute use and benefit.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will at St. John's aforesaid this 7^th day of March 1931.

Signed by the testator as and for his last will in our presence both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses being first read over and explained to testator who said he understood the same perfectly.
