Will of Elizabeth Courtney from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 506 probate year 1931

IN RE                    DECEASED.
Elizabeth Courtney

I, Elizabeth Courtney of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I appoint my son Joseph L. Courtney to be sole Executor to this my will.
I devise to my said son Joseph L. Courtney all my part, share and interest as co-owner, and my interest and share under the Estate of my late husband William Francis Courtney as joint co-owner of and in the leasehold premises and dwelling situate on the West side of Carters Hill in St. John's aforesaid, the said premises being numbered 89 Carters Hill on the plan of St. John's.
I devise and bequeath all other real and personal property held by me or which I may hereafter come into possession of and the residue of my estate of all kinds whatsoever to my son Joseph L. Courtney
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand this 31st day of December A.D. 1929 at St. John's aforesaid.
