Johanna Cox

This is the last will and testament of me, Johanna Cox of St. John's Widow.

1. I hereby revoke all previous wills made by me.
2. I will that all my lawful debts and testamentary and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate.
3. I will that thirty dollars be given for Masses for the repose of my soul.
4. I bequeath the house No. 34 Henry Street to my nephew Thos Greene provided that his mother Catherine McGrath shall have a living here out of it during her lifetime.
5. The property to the rear of No. 34 Henry St. I bequeath to my nephew Thomas (J.C.) his mother to have equally^{(MER.M Mo, W.J.B.)} For his sole use and benefit.
6. I bequeath half the furniture to my nephew Thomas and half to his mother and if they do not agree on its distribution it shall be sold & divided equally between them.
7. The remainder I bequeath that is (all the residue real and personal to my nephew Thomas Greene.
8. I hereby appoint John Rahal Druggist to be the executor of this my will.
