Will of John Cramp Last Will and Testament of Least any accident should befal me suddenly
I John Cramp of Freshwater Road bequeath to my nephew John
the son of Patrick Cramp my right and title to that piece of land
purchased by me of Patrick
Wiley and marked No 444 in the Grant thereof to Thomas Atkins)
with this special proviso that he the said John Cramp my nephew
shall not sell nor alienate the said land nor any part thereof during his life
but shall leave it free and unencumbered to his eldest son if he should have
one or to his eldest daughter if he should not have a son to succeed him and
in case that he the said John my nephew should die without
issue then I bequeath the said land to the eldest surviving child of the said Patrick
Cramp. As witness my hand in Freshwater
Saint John's Newfoundland this 26th day of May 1865 (sgd) John his x mark Cramp I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Cramp deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
