Will of Patrick Crawley from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 166 probate year 1927 In re In the name of God Amen I, Patrick Crawley of Holy rood in the Island of Newfoundland do make this my last will and testament and dispose of my earthly goods chattels and effects in the following manner. First I bequeath my soul to God its Creator my body to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian manner. 2nd my dwelling house and barn and Outhouses horse waggon and slay to be my wifes Margarets Crawleys until the day of her death and then she can dispose of the same to whom is the best son to her. third My son Cornelius Crawley is to have a Strip of land at the waterside
if he requires it, and also my son John is to have that piece of land known
as the pond land if he requires the same. Patrick Walter and William the same
as the other two if they should want the same, my two daughters Margaret and
Crscila Crawley five dollars each one all the rist and residue of my property
money or otherwise waresoever situate shall go to my wife Margaret
