Last will and Testament
of Mary Culleton
of St. John's widow Deceased.

In the name of God Amen I Mary Culleton of St. John's widow do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First I do direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid. Second I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Callanan all my right and interest in and to that land and premises now occupied by me situate at the corner of Duckworth Street and Cochrane Street in St. John's and held under lease from Mary Ann Burch Parker, James Ellis William Archer Ellis and others for a term of fifty years from the twentieth day of April A. D. 1871, also all the rest residue and remainder of my property goods chattels moneys and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situated, and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter Catherine Callanan executrix of this my will and do hereby revoke annul and declare void all wills by me heretofore made Witness my hand at St. John's aforesaid this thirtieth day of July A.D. 1885 1886 (six) Mary Culleton Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hands as witnesses on the day and year above written the date being first changed to 1886 Thomas R.
