Will of John Curran In re This is the last will and testament of me John Curran, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Clothier, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all the property of what kind soever of which I shall die possessed unto my beloved son, the Reverend Edward F. Curran, Roman Catholic Curate of Pouch Cove, whom I appoint sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my name at St. John’s aforesaid this thirtieth day of December Anno Domini nineteen hundred and one. John Curran Signed published and declared by the said John Curran as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as such witnesses on the date above written.
