Will of Thomas Curran from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 531 probate year 1931

IN RE                    DECEASED.
Thomas Curran

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, THOMAS CURRAN, of St. John's.
(1) I appoint my wife Bessie Curran the sole executrix of this my will.
(2) I give devise and bequeath my house, No. 31 Leslie Street, to my said wife, and after her death to my son Wallace absolutely
(3) I will and bequeath my furniture and household effects contained in my said house to my said wife absolutely.
(4) I will and bequeath my business to my said son Wallace. It is my direction that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid out of the business.
(5) I bequeath my shares and bonds in Avalon Telephone Company Limited and United Towns Electric Company Limited to my wife, Bessie Curran, absolutely.
(6) I make no provision for my sons Arthur and Charlie because it is their wish.
(7) I bequeath to my grandchild, Margaret Green of Boston, the sum of four hundred and sixty dollars being amount due me under a paid up policy with the Canada Life Assurance Company.
Dated at St. John's, this 28th day of July 1931
