Will of John Davis from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 96 probate year 1927 In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, John Davis of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Retired Janitor. I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath all my property and effects of whatsoever kind I may die possessed to my daughter Caroline Jones of Boston in the State of Massachusetts in the United States of America Married Woman for her own use and benefit and I appoint Thomas Benson of St. John's Fireman the executor of this my will. WITNESS my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Eleventh day of April Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five. JOHN DAVIS CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
