Annie Denief

This is the last will and testament of me, Annie Denief of 30 Quidi Vidi Road, St. John's, Newfoundland Spinster made the 14^th day of March A.D. 1932.
I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint my niece, Ellen O'Brien, wife of Frank O'Brien of St. John's to be the executor of this my will.
I give devise and bequeath to my said niece, Ellen O'Brien the leasehold premises, No. 30 Quidi Vidi Road owned by me and all other property of every description absolutely.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will the day and year first above written.
