Will of James Denieff, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 204 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED JAMES DENIEFF THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me JAMES DENIEFF of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, firmerly a keeper at the Asylum for the Insane. I hereby revoke all former wills and testaments by me at any time herebefore made. I give devise and bequeath my house and the furniture therein situate on Dicks Square to my wife Margaret until her death or remarriage and after her death or remarriage to my son Edward. It is my desire that this house shall always be a home for my children as long as they need one until the death or remarriage of my wife. I give devise and bequeath my house on Cuddihy Street to my children Mary, Dan and James to be theirs equally as tenants in common.
SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof (the said will having been first read over and explained to the said testator in our presence, who appeared perfectly to understand the same and who signed the same by making his mark thereto).
