Ellen Devine.

This is the last will and testament of me Ellen Devine of Stephenville Crossing in the district of Port au Port Newfoundland Widow.
I Ellen Devine of Stephenville Crossing Newfoundland being sound in mind memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in the manner and form following.
First. I give and bequeath to my two daughters Margaret wife of James Marshall 83 Dartmouth Street Providence R.I. and Bridget wife of William Barrens 582 1/2 E. Eighty St. South Boston Mass after my death all my property house land store outhouses furnitures to be equally divided. Whatever money to my credit in the Bank of Montreal St George's at the time of my death is to be paid to my daughter Margaret wife of James Marshall 83 Dartmouth Street Providence R.I. When the properties mentioned above have been sold I request my two daughters give to my grandson Nicholas Young $200.00 two hundred dollars in cash.
I appoint Richard McIsaac of Stephenville Crossing Newfoundland as sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I here unto set my hand and seal in the presence of witnesses named below. This 26th day of August in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty
