Francis Diamond

This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Diamond, planter of Shoe Cove road near Pouch Cove St John's East Newfoundland.
First. I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
Second. I direct that my funeral expenses be paid from my savings which will be available at my death.
Third. I direct that my land be equally divided between my son William and my grandson George they are to share alike.
Fourth. I give and bequeath to my grandson George my house and all furnishings and possessions which may be in it at the time of my death.
Fifth. I give and bequeath my stable and carriage house also my horse and my cow to my son William and my grandson George each to have an equal share in each.
I hereby appoint Alfred Moores the sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I the said Francis Diamond have hereunto subscribed my hand at Pouch Cove aforesaid this twenty sixth day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty three
