Will of Thomas Dicks, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 230 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

THOMAS DICKS

I Thomas Dicks of Burgeo Dt. of Burgeo and LaPoile in the island of Newfoundland make and publish this my last will and testament.
I will bequeath to my son Edwin Dicks of Burgeo my dwelling house store and waterside premises to be his absolutely. The garden at the upperside of the road near my brother Henrys house is to be equally divided between Edwin and Mina my daughter. Whatever cash insurance on life and vessel is left after my decease is to be equally divided between Edwin Wallance and Mina
I hereby appoint my son Edwin Dicks and my son in law Maxwell Vatcher executors of this my last will and testament.
