Will of John Charles Dominey Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me John Charles Dominey of Greenspond, Bonavista Bay Newfoundland. I give and devise to my beloved wife Leah Dominey and my heirs all that I die possessed of. My wife to have the management of all monies left and used for the benefit of my children as long as they remain faithful to their mother. My son Edgar John Dominey to have and to hold the management of my business in Greenspond but should he at any time withdraw from said business he forfeits his claim as any of my heirs. I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Mary Dominey my Dickens Volumes and to Jessie Dominey my picture to William Dominey my photograph my photographic views to Robert Dominey. I appoint John MacDonald Greenspond and Geo. H. Emerson of St. John's Executors of my will and I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils by me made. Dated this twenty third day of May one thousand eight hundred and ninety six. (Sgd) John Charles his x mark Dominey. Signed by the testator in the presence of us Joseph H. Eager and Sandy I.
