from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 9 probate year 1900

Last Will and Testament of
Eliza Donnelly of Carbonear
married woman deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Eliza Donnelly of Carbonear married woman I give devise and bequeath all my real estate consisting of a dwelling house and land situate on the north side of the main Street at Carbonear, a store and waterside land and premises situate on south side of said main street at Carbonear aforesaid, a piece of land situate on Patrick's Street, two pieces of land situate on Chapel Hill. All my household furniture and all other property and personal effects whatsoever and wheresoever to and unto the sole use and benefit of my children. Margaret Donnelly. James William Donnelly and Maddeline Donnelly their heirs executors and administrators and assigns according to the nature and tenor thereof. And I appoint my said daughter Margaret Donnelly executrix of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred. (Sgd) Eliza Donnelly. Signed by the said testatrix as her last will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence & at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Patrick Hogan. (Sgd) Edward St. George.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Eliza Donnelly deceased
