Last will and Testament of Margaret The last will and testament of Margaret Dooley widow of the late John Dooley of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Shipwright. Revoking all other wills and testaments and after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath to my son James Dooley all and singular my estate and effects comprising my two dwelling houses situate on the west side of Prescott Street in the Town of St. John's aforesaid and adjoining the property of Mr. William Dooley and also all my personal effects whatsoever to dispose of the whole of my estate and effects as he may think fit and proper I appoint my said son James Dooley my sole executor to this my last will and testament directing him at the same time to pay to the Revd P. Delaney the sum of twenty dollars for masses for the repose of my soul. In witness whereof I do hereby subscribe my hand at St. John's aforesaid this second day of March eighteen hundred and eighty eight - Margaret her x mark Dooley Signed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of the said Margaret Dooley being first read over and explained in presence of us who in presence of each other and of the said Margaret Dooley the testatrix have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto John Maher - Andrew O'Connor - Minnie E.
