Last will and Testament of The last will and Testament of Margaret Dooley widow of the late John Dooley of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Shipwright. Revoking all other wills and testaments and after the payment of all my just debts, and funeral expenses I give and bequeath to my son James Dooley all and singular my estate and effects comprising my two dwelling houses situate on the west side of Prescott Street in the town of St. John's aforesaid and adjoining the property of William Dooley, and also all my personal effects whatsoever to dispose of the whole of my estate and effects as he may think fit and proper I appoint my said son James Dooley my sole executor to this my last will and Testament directing him at the same time to pay to the Rev. P. Delaney the sum of twenty dollars for masses for the repose of my soul. Margin of second page - registered twice by mistake
