year 1928
In re DECEASED.
MICHAEL DOOLEY.
This is the last will and testament of me Michael Dooley of Reneus in the
electoral district of Ferryland Fisherman and Farmer.
I give, devise and bequeath unto James Peddle as husband of my daughter all
my land, house and other property etc situate on the South side of Reneus and
presently occupied by me.
In witness whereof I the said Michael Dooley have to this my last will and
testament set my name this 17th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen.
Signed MIKE x DOOLEY.
Signed by the testator Michael Dooley and acknowledge by him to be his last
will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his
request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses.
