I, Stephen Dooley, being of sound mind do hereby desire to leave all my interest in that parcel of leasehold land situated on 16 Cook St. in St. John's together with all erections thereon and all furniture furnishings and fittings to my wife E.F.. Elizabeth and I hereby bequeath all the foregoing to my said wife.
I also give and bequeath to my wife sled E.F. sloven and two catamaran and an amount of two hundred (200) dollars owed me by Philip Oliver my son in law.
I hereby give and bequeath to my brother Thomas one sidesleigh.
It is my desire and wish that my son in law Philip Oliver also E.F. must not take up residence nor enter upon any property which I have bequeathed to my wife Elizabeth.
This is my last will and testament.
