In re
David Doyle deceased.
In the name of God Amen Know all men by their present that I David
Doyle of Harbor Main in the
Island of Newfoundland being of sound mind memory and understanding at
this date 15th December A.D. 1887 make this my last will and testament
- I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Doyle my Dwelling House cellar kitchen
garden stable cart and sheep whilst living it is to be the property of
my son Richard Doyle after my wife death
I will and bequeath
to my son Philip Doyle one half of my marsh property that is N. West part.
I will & bequeath to my son Richard Doyle one half
of my marsh property that is south east part.
I will and bequeath to my
son Philip Doyle one half of my land adjoining Denis
Doyles old farm his
part south east of old road running through the land. I will and bequeath
to my wife Mary Doyle one half of aforesaid land that is North west part
bounded by the main line of Road said part to be the property of Richard
Doyle after the death of my wife
I will and bequeath to my son Philip Doyle one half of
my water side property: that is N.E. east part also my son
Richard Doyle is to have the south west part of water
side property both of my sons is to have the use of my stage also Richard
Doyle is to assist
Philip Doyle in building such as finding timber for house
either of sons cannot sell or mortgage one foot of my land if they do not
settle down.
I
will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Doyle one sheep
that is if she return to the Country
I will give to my wife Mary Doyle the use of my old garden
for the term of four years from this Date 13th May 1896. Signed
sealed and delivered at Harbor Main the 15th December A.D. 1887 in the presence
of the subscribing witnesses David his X mark Doyle. John Sullivan
Stephen Hickey I appoint Cornelius Sullivan of Harbor Main & James
Woodford to be my executors to this my last will Testament
