Isaac Drake

I, Isaac Drake, in full possession of my faculties, do ordain this my last will and testament.
I will and bequeath to Basil Drake two stores one motor boat with engine one dory fifty feet of water front ninety feet of beach situated and bounded on one side of Archibald Collins 1 and on the upper side by Mary Cochrane's land, also that parcel of land situated on eastern side by Yve's Froude's land and on western side by Kyran Walsh's land, half of dwelling house to my mother Julia Drake and my brother Michael Drake including all the furniture in her part of the house, one cod trap together with fittings to be shared equally between Basil Drake, Benjamin Drake, Patrick Drake, Francis Drake, Michael Drake. The stage on premises to be shared equally between Basil Drake and Patrick Drake, also I will and bequeath to my mother Julia Drake fifteen hundred and fifty dollars and fifty three cents $1550.53.
I hereby appoint the Rev Father Nolan or his successor administrator of my estate and last will and testament.
In witness whereof I hereby subscribe my name and seal this 24^th day of March A.D. 1931
