In re DECEASED.
ROBERT DUFF.
This is the last will and testament of me, Robert Duff of the town of Carbonear,
Newfoundland, merchant.
My will is, first, that my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named, and the residue
and remainder of my real and personal property which shall not be required
for such purpose, I give, devise and dispose of as follows, to wit;
I give and devise to my beloved daughter Margaret L. Duff one hundred shares
in Keeley Silver Mines.
I give and devise to my beloved daughter Mary Thompson Duff one hundred shares
in Stadacona Gold Mines.
I give and devise to my beloved son Edgar C. Duff two hundred shares in Rouyn
Gold Mines.
I devise and give to my beloved son William Duff half my interest in the firm
of William Duff & Sons Ltd., as well as half my interest in the property
whereon the said firm of William Duff and Sons Ltd., does business and on the
decease of my dear wife Louisa C. Duff, it is my wish that all my interest
in the firm, as well as my interest in the land and property occupied by William
Duff & Sons Ltd shall be his, also fifty shares in the Public Service Electric
Co. Ltd.
To my dear wife Louisa C. Duff I give and devise the half of my interest in
the firm of William Duff & Sons Ltd and also the R.D. property on which
this firm does business, during her lifetime, after to become the property
of my son William as aforesaid, I do also bequeath to my beloved wife, Louisa
C. RennyR.D. Duff, all my other
personal estate whatsoever, consisting of dwellings, furniture and land situated
on the North side of Water Street, Carbonear, also stocks and bonds, my insurance
money and money on deposit in Bank, also shares and coupons of British American
Tobacco Company, and Hollinges Gold Mines and all the rest and residue of my
estate, real personal and mixed, to which I shall be seized and possessed,
or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease.
And I
do nominate and appoint my said wife Louisa C. Duff and my son William Duff to be the executors of this my last will and testament.

whereof, I the testator, have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven. ROBERT

Signed published and declared by the said Robert Duff to be his last will and
testament, in the presence of us, who, in his presence at his request and in
the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.
