Last Will and Testament of
Alice Dunn of St. John's
widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Alice Dunn of St. John's widow I will devise and bequeath to my daughters Mary Gladney wife of Patrick Gladney and Margaret Dunn all the property of every description which I may die possessed of to be equally divided between them. I appoint James O'Neil of St. John's executor of this my will. St. John's February 22nd A.D. 1894. (Sgd) Alice her x mark Dunn
Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained) (Sgd) James McGarlane. (Sgd) M. P. Gibbs.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Alice Dunn deceased
