Dunn of St. John's widow I will devise and bequeath to my daughters Mary
Gladney wife of Patrick Gladney and Margaret
Dunn all the property of every description
which I may die possessed of to be equally divided between them. I appoint
James O'Neil of St. John's executor of this my will. St. John's
February 22nd A.D. 1894. (Sgd) Alice her x mark Dunn I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Alice Dunn deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
