Will of William Dyer from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 206 probate year 1888. Last will and Testament of William In the name of God Amen this last will and testament of William Dyer of Logy Bay in the district of St. John's Newfoundland farmer made his will on the 28 day of September 1880 and specify as following that I William Dyer being in advanced state of life on imperfect state of health but at the same time in a sound and perfect state of mind and memory and understanding do therefore make this my last will and testament and dispose of my hous and farm and property and all that is belonging to me after my death to my nephew's son Richard Dyer that lives with me this seven years and helped to support me sense.
