IN RE          DECEASED.
William H. Edney

This is the last Will and Testament of me William H. Edney of St. John's East in the Island of Newfoundland, Mason.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my wife Norah Edney, the Executrix of this my will.
I give devise and bequeath all property whatsoever I die possessed of unto my wife Norah to be hers absolutely, provided that in the case of her remarrying all my said property of every description whatsoever shall revert to my three boys, John, William, and Albert, to be divided in equal, proportions between them, and to be theirs absolutely.
Dated at St. John's this 26th day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty two.

as and for his last will and testament, in the
presence of us, both being present at the same time,
who at his request and in his presence and in the
presence of each other, hereunto subscribe our names
as witnesses, attesting the due execution hereof.
