Note: Isaac Martin married Sarah Martin in Harbour Grace September 6, 1818.  At this time I do NOT know the parents of either and have not managed to connect them directly into my Martin line from Harbour Grace.  Not mentioned in the document was son Isaac who was born in 1833.  He died before his father in 1837.

Daughter Amelia married Joseph Snow in Harbour Grace in February 1841.  Daughter Susannah married Henry Martin in Harbour Grace in December 1853.  Henry was probably the son of Francis and Jane Martin.

The late researcher David Nightingale with two Martin connections once noted in frustration that Martins married Martins and sometimes Snows.  I personally see no reason to dispute this with the results of my own Martin research!!
