1899 Estate of Thomas Williams Probate granted to Dated 30th January 1899 Estate sworn under $850.00 The Hon'r Jos. J. Little Chief Justice Geo. J. Adams
A This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Williams The Goulds, Petty Harbor, Farmer, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. I desire that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid by my Executor hereinafter named. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Elizabeth, all the farm land and the dwelling house and outhouse at present occupied by me, also my money, furniture, live stock, chattels? and other effects of which I shall die possessed during this life and after the decease of my said wife, Elizabeth, I give, devise and bequeath the said farm land dwelling house, outhouses, furniture and livestock which may be left, chattels and other effects to William Jnogridge?, son of ??? Jnogridge? on the express condition that he, the said William Jnogridge? shall, during the life of my said wife, Elizabeth, work and cultivate my farm land and care and look after my sons? livestock free? of charge and also do whatever is necessary for the comfort, support and maintenance of my said wife Elizabeth. I will and desire that the said William Jnogridge? shall live with my said wife Elizabeth. I appoint William B.
