Will of Clara Emerson Last will and Testament of I Clara Emerson of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, widow, declare this to be my last will & Testament. Whereas I am Executrix under the will of my late husband Prescott Emerson, and whereas I have invested certain moneys belonging to the estate of my said late husband in my own name under certain indentures of mortgage as follows:
And whereas I desire to carry out the terms and intention of the will of my said late husband. Now I hereby give and bequeath all my right title and interest in the said deeds of mortgage to my nephew Charles H. Emerson To hold the same unto him for ever. And I hereby appoint my said nephew Charles H. Emerson to be the sole Executor of this my last will and Testament. Dated at St. John’s this 11th day of March 1898. (Sgd) Clara Emerson. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Clara Emerson deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
