In the name of God Amen.
I Frances Fewer of St Lawrence (widow) being of sound mind and possessing all my faculties do hereby make this my last will and testament, my property consisting of meadow land on the back as specified on this diagram which I hold. The garden and yard fronting the public road and bounded on the north by the river which divides the land from Mr Thomas Kellys and on the west and south by the Fewers property, my house and chattels and foreshore property I dispose of in the following manner, vis:-
I bequeath to my daughter Cecilia Fewer all the property enumerated above without any incumbrances, to be her lawful property forever.
The house and flake erected on my garden and yard mentioned above by Mr Adolph Giovannini without my permission or consent I order to be removed at the end of the season. Should he fail to carry out my wishes in this respect I hereby instruct my daughter Cecilia the sole heiress to my property to take the proper steps to compel him to do so.
I witness whereof I sign my hand this the 9^th day of August A.D. nineteen hundred and twenty six.
