This
is to certify that I George Fleet of Cuckold Cove do leave one half of my money
to my wife Jane Fleet an the other half to my son Charles
Fleet an my daughter
Jane White to be divided between them an if my wife don't spend all her money
the remainder is to be divided between Charles an Jane All the fishing nett
real etc an all the land stage houses an property situated on the south side
of the cove except the meddow under the hill an the void land near John
Spureles is for my son Charles the meddow under the hill is for my daughter Jane
White an the land near John Spurells is to be sold an the money divided between Charles
an Jane the store on the beach is for Charles the garden near Mrs
Balls is
for Charles the organ is for Jane White the couch in the front room is for
Charles the chest of drawers in the bedroom is for Jane
White the new watch
is for Charles the front seat in the middle rank in church is Charles the front
seat on the side is Jane White 1 bed and beding is for Jane
White the chest
of drawers in the large room upstairs is for Charles the chest of drawers down
stairs is for the use of the house 1 rocking chier a 4 small chiers is for
Jane all the fur traps is for Charles if he keeps them if he sells them the
money is to be divided between Charles an Jane house a gardens on the north
side of the Cove is for Jane White one old sheep a lamb is for Jane the water
side on the north side of the Cove is uncle Sandeys 1 large seal gun is for
George Fleet of Alexander 1 fur gun for Another White the seal nets to be sold
an the money parted between Charles and Jane 1 clock for Charles. The testator
