I, Margaret Fleming of St. John's Newfoundland make this last will and testament while in the possession of sound mind and memory this eighth day of January A. D. 1900.
I give devise and bequeath to my niece Margaret Fleming all my estate and effects that I may die possessed of or entitled to with this distinct understanding that the house known as No. 51 Prescott St. Will not under any consideration be sold, but upon the death of my niece Margaret Fleming, it is to become the property of Nellie Leo Myler and furthermore that Lissie Fleming who is also, at present residing with me shall be entitled to reside in the aforementioned house on Prescott St (to serve her as a home) as long as she may choose to reside there.
