In re DECEASED.
GILBERT ALLEN GODLEY.
I GILBERT ALLEN GODLEY of "Allens" Crawley
Downs Sussex hereby revoke all prior testamentary instruments made by me and
declare this to be my last will
- I appoint my dear wife Edith Elizabeth Godley and my
son Geoffrey
Robert Godley as my sole EXECUTORS
- I bequeath the following
legacies (free of duty)
(a) To my sister
Mrs Mildred Margaret Doulton the sum of £ 250 (two
hundred and fifty pounds)
(b) To my sister in law Mrs Maud Lismer the sum of £ (one
hundred and fifty pounds)
- I bequeath to my said wife all my jewellery and
all other, articles of personal domestic or household use or ornament requesting
her (but without imposing any trust) to give to such of my relatives as she
may in her absolute discretion think fit such of my personal effects as she
thinks suitable as an expression of their kindness during my lifetime
- I
give all my real and the residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever
and wheresoever unto my said wife absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this day of the 29th of -
one thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.

Signed by the said testator as and for his last will in the presence of us
both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
