Will of Richard Goff Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen I Richard Goff of Salmonier
being through the goodness of Almighty God of sound mind and memory but being
aware of the uncertainty of human life do make publish and declare this my
last will and Testamony. That is to say first I recommend my soul to God, who
gave it, and desire that my body may be decently buried in cemetery in place
selected for my family interment. With respect to my worldly estate I give
bequeath and dispose of it in the following manner. First I give and bequeath
to my son John the first part of my property for a life interest bounded by
Garrett Curtis's land on the east and on the west by a boundary stake midway
between both houses I also give to my daughter Mary the second part of my land
bounded on the west by a large rock or stake, also life interest. Third or
last I give unto my grandson Richard a lot of land bounded
on the east by the rock or stake and on the west by Church property. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Richard Goff deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
