Will of John Graham from Newfoundland will books volume 5 pages 107-108 probate year 1887 The last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me John Graham of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Master Mariner. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my son John McCullum Graham for himself and for the support of his mother and my wife Ann Graham during her life time or until she remarries and also for support of my daughter Martha until she marries and I hereby appoint my brother Alexander Graham sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of November Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eight five. John Graham Signed by the said John Graham the testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses. Hugh H. Carter.
