Will of Grace Greene, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 471 probate year 1931

IN RE.                         DECEASED
Grace Greene.

I Grace Greene of No 6 St Stephens Crescent Bayswater in the county of London widow hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament I appoint my three sons John Albert Blake Greene Alfred Joseph Greene and Arthur Greene to be the EXECUTORS of this my will and I bequeath to each of them the said Alfred Joseph Greene and Arthur Greene the sum of fifty pounds free of duty I bequeath to the said Arthur Greene all my furniture and household effects and articles of personal use and ornament I give devise and bequeath all my real estate (if any) and all the residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment thereout of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the said legacies and all duties unto my five sons namely Andrew Blake Greene Arthur Greene Alfred Joseph Greene John Albert Blake Greene and Walter Greene in equal shares as tenants in common I express a wish that the fee farm rents payable out of lands situate in the Barony of Dunboyne Ireland now the property of my son John Albert Blake Greene and which has been held by the family for many years shall be kept as long as possible and I hope that my said son will not sell or dispose of the same but by will leave the same to his brothers should he have no family but this does not in any way bind my said son to do so
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand the twenty first day of August one thousand nine hundred and five

Signed by the said Grace Greene as and for her last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
