MY LAST WILL & TESTAMENT
Tuesday July 23^rd 1912.

I, M.K. Greene do hereby leave to my beloved wife (Minnie Greene) after disposing of such portion of my land or property or effects which she thinks best and which I may die possessed of, to pay off all my just and Lawful debts) all I possess in this world in land & property, goods & chattles etc. also my interest in dwelling House (Queens Road) now occupied by Mr. Thomas J. Edens for the term of her natural life for her own sole use and benefit and after her death all my property & effects to be equally divided between my two sons Rev Dr. James J. Greene and Joseph M. Greene in the manner in which their mother thinks best for them.
After winding up my estate and paying all my just debts I would like my wife (if she can afford) without distressing herself. After consultation with my two sons whom I appoint as joint executors with my wife to give as soon as possible after my death fifty dollars for masses for the repose of my poor soul, to be distributed amongst poor struggling young priests whom my wife may select, and may god have mercy on my soul.
