This is the last will and testament of me Patrick J. Guinan of Saint John's retired tinsmith.

1. I appoint John P. Maher of St John's aforesaid auctioneer executor of this my will.
2. I give devise and bequeath all my lands, goods, moneys, property, chattels, estate and affects of every description to my sister Anastasia Guinan (in religion Sister Mary Scholastics) at present in the United States of America, forever and absolutely.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 30^th day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and thirty one.
