      Paul Hamlyn          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Paul Hamlyn of Saint Johns in the Island of Newfoundland Carpenter    I give devise and bequeath all property of every description whatsoever both real and personal of which I may die possessed to my wife Phoebe Hamlyn and I hereby appoint my wife Phoebe Hamlyn to be the Executrix of this my last will and Testament.     In witness whereof I the said Paul Hamlyn have hereto subscribed my name this tenth day of February Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.    Paul Hamlyn    Signed Published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses C.
