Mary Ann Hennessey

This is the last will & testament of me Mary Ann Hennessey of St John's, spinster.
First: I revoke all previous wills or other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
Second. I appoint Gertrude Costello to be executrix of this my last will.
Third; I bequeath one hundred dollars (100.00) to my executrix to be expanded by her in Masses for the repose of my soul.
Fourth; Out of the rest residue & remainder of my estate I order and direct that all my just debts, funeral & testamentary expenses and death duties be paid in full and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all such rest residue and remainder unto the aforesaid Gertrude Costello absolutely for her own use and benefit.
